How Can I Update My Account Details in the ASF Platform?
Keeping your account details up to date ensures smooth communication, grant processing, and effective management of your fundraising activities.
Updating Account Details
- From the left-hand menu, click "Account".
- Under the expanded options, select "Account Details". Here, you can update:
- Logo: Upload or remove your organisation's logo.
- Click "Upload Logo" to add a new logo (recommended size: 400x400 pixels).
- Click "Remove Logo" to delete the current logo.
- Organisation Display Name: Update your display name as needed.
- Annual Revenue: Add or edit your annual revenue details.
- Organisation Email: Enter the correct email address for your organisation.
- Organisation Phone Number: Update the primary contact number.
- Address: Update your organisation’s physical or mailing address.
- Website URL: Enter or update your organisation’s official website URL.
- To update your details, click "Edit" (pencil icon) next to the fields you want to change.
- After making your changes, click "Save" to ensure your updates are applied.
