How do I Switch Between Accounts in the ASF Platform?
If you manage multiple fundraising accounts with the same email address, the ASF Platform allows you to easily switch between accounts without the need to log in and out. Follow the steps below to navigate between your accounts seamlessly.
Switching Accounts
- Log in to the ASF Platform.
- Click on your account name in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Select the account you want to switch to from the dropdown list. The platform will refresh, and you will be redirected to the dashboard of the selected account.
Key Notes
- You can only switch between accounts that have been registered using the same email address.
