How to check your ASF account balance
1. View your total raised
- Log in to your ASF Dashboard.
- Check the Fundraising Overview section to see the total amount you have raised across all campaigns.

2. Calculate your available balance
This is the amount you have raised but that hasn’t been paid out yet.
Step A: Find your available grant amount
- Log in to the ASF Fundraising Platform.
- Click the Donations tab on the left menu.

- Make sure there are no filters applied (search, status, or date range).

- Click Download Report on the right side.

- Open the downloaded CSV file in Excel (found in your Downloads folder).
- Find the column titled Available Grant Amount. (Column "M"

- At the bottom of this column, in an empty cell, type:
=SUM(
- Select all cells in that column, then type
)
. Example:=SUM(F2:F19)

Press Enter — this will show your total available grant amount. Record this figure.
Step B: Find the amount already granted (paid out)
- In the ASF Fundraising Platform, click the Grants tab on the left menu.

- Make sure there are no filters applied.
- Click Download Report on the right side.
- Open the CSV file in Excel.
- Find the column titled Amount Granted.

- At the bottom of this column, type:
=SUM(
- Select all cells in that column, then type
)
.

- Press Enter — this shows your total granted amount.
Step C: Calculate your balance
- Subtract your total granted amount from your total available grant amount.
- The result is your current account balance.
Tip: If your balance doesn’t look correct, click the Refresh button in the platform to make sure you are viewing the most up-to-date data.
How to access your money
ASF pays funds to you automatically twice a month:
- Donations received and processed from the 1st to the 15th are paid on the last business day of that month.
- Donations received and processed from the 16th to the end of the month are paid on the 15th of the next month.
You do not need to request anything — just make sure your bank details are correct.
Note: These dates may be subject to change.
How to update your bank details
- Go to the Account section in the ASF Fundraising Platform.
- Navigate to 'Edit Bank Details'
- After verifying your identity:
- On your dashboard, under Get Started, locate the section titled "Enter your bank details". Click Edit Bank Details.
- Update your bank information as needed.

How to know if a payment has been made
- You will receive an approval notification email, followed by a payment confirmation email.
- You can also check the Grants section in the platform and download your remittance advice for detailed information.

How to see which donations were included in a payment
- In the Grants section, each payment includes a start and end date.
- Use these dates to create a filtered donation report in the Donations tab.
- Only donations marked as "paid" are included.
Why you might not have received your payment
If you did not receive a payment, your account may not have met one or more compliance requirements before the grant round cutoff date.
