Why This Matters
Sharing how you’ve used your funds:
-
Helps ASF advocate for more funding opportunities.
-
Helps ASF identify insights which can be reported to the Sports and Philanthropic communities.
-
Ensures ASF meets regulatory requirements.
Completing the Survey
-
The survey contains a few short questions about how grants for your campaign(s) were utilized and what outcomes were created.
-
You’ll have 90 days to complete the survey.
-
There’s no word limit, but most responses are under 200 words.
-
The survey does not always autosave, so we recommend preparing your answers in a Word document first.
