The End of Financial Year is fast approaching and donations to sport are coming in at a rapid pace.

To make sure you get the most out of your EOFY fundraising, it’s important that you and your donors know the Australian Sports Foundation’s processing dates to ensure all your donations are receipted in the correct financial year.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR DEADLINES FOR FY26

  • Wednesday 24th June: Final day for Direct Debit donations online

  • Wednesday 24th June: Final day for cheques to be received by the ASF office

  • Thursday 25th June: Final day for cheque donations to be deposited at Westpac branches

  • Monday 29th June: Final day for EFT transfers to the ASF

  • Monday 29th June: Final day to process Bulk Upload payments (Note: payments must be received in the ASF bank account by June 30 to be receipted this financial year)

  • Tuesday 30th June: Final day for credit card and Apple/Google Pay donations online
