End of Financial Year Deadlines

The End of Financial Year is fast approaching and donations to sport are coming in at a rapid pace.

To make sure you get the most out of your EOFY fundraising, it's important that you and your donors know the Australian Sports Foundation’s processing dates to ensure all your donations are receipted in the correct financial year.

END OF FINANCIAL YEAR DEADLINES FOR FY25

  • Tuesday 24th June: Final day for Direct Debit online payments
  • Tuesday 24th June: Final day for manual donation forms with cheques to be received in the post by the ASF office
  • Wednesday 25th June: Final day for cheque donations to be directly deposited at a Westpac branch
  • Friday 27th June: Final day for transfer of funds to the ASF via EFT
  • Friday 27th June: Final day to upload manual forms for credit card donations to be processed by ASF
  • Friday 27th June: Final day to upload manual forms for EFT donations and/or donor spreadsheets in the ASF platform
  • Monday 30th June: Final day to make online credit card and Apple/Google Pay donations
