How do I know if my organization/club is already registered with the ASF?
- First, use the search function available on our website to search for active campaigns.
- Enter a keyword (optional)
- In the Search box, type a keyword such as a club name, campaign name, or location.
- Example: “Junior Football,” “Melbourne,” or “Swimathon.”
- Select a Fundraiser Type (optional)
- Click the Type dropdown menu.
- Choose the kind of fundraiser or campaign you’re looking for (e.g. Club Fundraiser, Charity Event, Individual Campaign).
- Select a Sport (optional)
- Click the Sport dropdown.
- Choose the sport associated with the fundraiser (e.g. Netball, Cricket, Rugby, Athletics).
- Select a State (optional)
- Click the State dropdown.
- Choose your location (e.g. VIC, NSW, QLD, WA).
- Combine Filters (optional)
- You can use one or more filters at once.
- The more filters you apply, the narrower and more relevant your search results will be.
- Click the Black “SEARCH” Button
- Once your filters are set, press the SEARCH button on the right-hand side.
- The system will display all matching fundraisers and campaigns.
- Browse the Results
- Scroll through the list to view campaigns that match your criteria.
- Click on a campaign to view more details or to donate.
- Refine Your Search (optional)
- If you don’t find what you’re looking for, adjust your keywords or filters and click SEARCH again.

If you are still unable to find your club/organization registered, we recommend contacting the appropriate individuals within your organization i.e Fundraising Manager, Charitable directors etc…
