What this means for clubs

If your organisation already uses revSPORT, you’ll soon have exclusive access to a membership donation add-on feature. Through this integration, clubs will be able to seamlessly accept tax-deductible donations from members during the registration process, making it easier than ever for clubs to support their needs - from covering ongoing expenses to upgrading facilities and more.

Yes! The partnership between the ASF and revSPORT ensures that donations of $2 or more received via revSPORT are tax-deductible and that the donor will receive a receipt for their donation.​​

Steps to link your revolutioniseSPORT and ASF accounts

Step 1: Get started fundraising with revSPORT

1. Login to the new ASF Fundraising Platform. If you don't have a login yet, it is easy to sign up and get started.
2. Navigate to Apps & Integrations in the main navigation
3. Locate REVOLUTIONISE SPORT and click Learn More

   
4. Click Activate

   
5. Click View Cause, you'll then be prompted to provide the following:
   1. Summary - a clear, brief summary of your cause
   2. Logo - your organisation/club logo
   3. Cover Image - an image that clearly represents your cause
   4. Donation Amounts - the default donation amounts that will be presented
   This is what will be displayed to participants when prompted to donate in revSPORT during the registration process.
6. Click Edit

   
7. Enter the above information according to the instructions provided
8. Click Save

Step 2: Link your revolutioniseSPORT and ASF accounts

1. In the ASF Fundraising Platform, navigate to Apps & Integrations in the main navigation
2. Locate REVOLUTIONISE SPORT and click Manage
3. Expand the Link your revolutioniseSPORT and ASF Accounts section

   
4. Click Copy
5. Login to revSPORT
6. Navigate to the Fundraising section and choose Settings
7. Choose Fundraise via the Australian Sports Foundation

   
8. Paste/Enter your ASF Member Number

   
9. Click Save Settings

That's it. You're now setup and ready to accept donations during member registration.
