How can I run a Report in the ASF Platform?

The ASF platform provides a simple and effective way to run reports to view and analyse your fundraising data. Follow the steps below to generate and download a report from the Donations page.

Step-by-Step Guide to Running a Report

1. Log In to the ASF Platform
   • Navigate to the ASF platform and log in using your credentials.
   • If you encounter login issues, refer to the Help Desk or contact our dedicated Customer Support Team.
2. Access the Donations Page
   • From the left-hand navigation menu, click on the Donations section.
   • This will open the Donations page, where you can view all donations received by your fundraiser.
3. Filter Your Donation Data
   • Use the available filters at the top of the page to refine your data:
     • Search for Donors or Campaigns: Enter a donor name or campaign to filter specific records.
     • Status: Use the dropdown to select a donation status (e.g., Paid, Pending, Failed, Refunded).
     • Start Date and End Date Range: Use the date pickers to narrow the report to a specific time frame.
4. Generate Your Report
   • Once you have applied the desired filters, click the Download Report button located on the top right-hand corner of the page.
   • The report will be generated and downloaded as a file (e.g., CSV or Excel), containing the filtered donation data.
5. Review Your Report
   • Open the downloaded report to view detailed information, including:
     • Donation Date
     • Donation Reference
     • Campaign Name
     • Donor Name
     • Donation Amount
