What is my platform username?

We are currently migrating customers to a new Fundraising Platform. Here’s how you can find your username based on which platform you are using:

If You Are Using the Current Platform

• Your username is generally the email address you use for ASF correspondence.
• You can Log in to the Platform by navigating to the ASF Login page.

If You Are Using the New Platform

Your username is derived from the email address you use for ASF correspondence, but it can be viewed or updated by following these steps:

1. Log In to the Platform

Navigate to the ASF Login page.

2. Locate Your Username

• You will see your account name in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. View or Update Your Username

• Click on your account name in the top-right corner.
• Select “My Profile” from the dropdown menu.
• Here, you can view your current username and update it if needed by clicking "edit".
