What is an Account Balance? How can I check my current Balance?

What is an Account Balance?

Your Account Balance shows the total amount of donations you’ve raised that haven’t yet been paid out. Once funds are transferred by ASF to your bank account, this balance will reset to $0.

Note: This figure does not represent the total amount of donations you’ve raised overall.

How to Check Your Account Balance

Note: We are currently migrating customers to a new Fundraising Platform.

Current Platform Users

1. Log in to the ASF platform.
2. On the Home page, find the "How Am I Tracking" section.
3. Your Current Account Balance will be displayed within this section.

New Platform Users

1. Log in to the ASF platform.
2. On the Home page, go to the Dashboard section.
3. Under Fundraising Overview, you'll see your fundraising totals broken down into:
   • Live Campaigns
   • Past Campaigns
   • Other
4. Your Total Balance will appear clearly within the circular graph.

Additional Fundraising Insights

The Dashboard also gives you a quick snapshot of key figures, including:

• Total Donation Count
• Largest Donation
• Total Individual Donors
• Average Donation Amount

These insights make it easy to track your fundraising progress at a glance.
