What do I do if I can't see the funds in my bank account?

Grant approval emails are usually sent out 1-2 days before scheduled payment runs (15th and 30th/31st monthly) and it can take a couple of days for a payment to hit your bank account after the ASF has made the transfer.  

If you still cannot see the deposit after 3 business days, log in to the ASF platform and check your bank details in the "Account" tab. If there is an error, get in touch with our team.
