I made a mistake when completing the donation form, can I fix it or make changes? Can I change the name on my receipt?

If you have made a mistake when completing the donation form i.e. made a spelling error in the donor name or donation message, our support team can remedy this for you.

Please email info@asf.org.au with the requested updates and the below information so we can amend it:

• Project name
• Club or individual fundraiser's name
• Donor name and email
• Contact phone number

If you'd like to change the name on a receipt, or alter the donation from a personal to a corporate (or vice versa), you will need to email our finance team via finance@asf.org.au.
