Added ability for people aged under 18 to be invited to fundraise for peer-to-peer campaigns. The invitation must be sent to their parent or guardian.
Added support for private fundraiser pages. Private fundraiser pages do not appear in campaign search and are not indexable by search engines. Please contact the Help Desk should you want to make your fundraiser page private.

Improved the campaign listing on the fundraiser page to ensure peer-to-peer campaigns of the named fundraising heroes no longer appear (only the parent campaign)
