Does the ASF charge any fees?

Fees for fundraising with the ASF

It is free to sign up with the ASF.  As a small non-profit organisation, we do retain a small percentage of all donations to cover the costs of running a fundraising platform and to provide fundraising support and compliance to thousands of organisations, clubs and individual fundraisers.

To cover these costs, we retain 5% of online donations and 6% of manual/offline donations. These retention amounts may be varied at the ASF’s discretion, and fundraisers and donors will be notified of any change at the appropriate time.

We also incur charges from our financial providers for accepting donations by credit card and other means.
