Reset your ASF Platform password from the login page using your username (not your email).
Don’t know your username? Recover your username
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
- Go to the ASF Fundraising Platform login page.
- Click on the Forgotten password? link.

Step 2: Request a Password Reset
- Enter your Username. Remember, it’s not your email address. Find it in your welcome email.
- Click the Reset Password button.

Step 3: Open the Password Reset Email
- Check your email inbox for an email from the ASF with the subject line Reset your ASF Password
- Open the email and click on the click here link to continue.

Step 4: Reset Your Password
- After clicking the email link, you will be taken to a Reset Password screen.
- Click the Reset Password button to begin.

Step 5: Choose a New Password
- Enter a New Password that:
- Is at least 8 characters long
- Contains at least 1 letter
- Contains at least 1 number
- Confirm the new password by entering it again.
- Click Change Password to save.

Q: Why didn’t I receive an email?
Some email providers will automatically filter our emails to your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there. The email can also take a few minutes to come through, however if you have still not received it after half an hour, please contact our Customer Support Team.
