How do I reset my password?

Reset your ASF Platform password from the login page using your username (not your email).

Don’t know your username? Recover your username

Go to the ASF Fundraising Platform login page.
Click on the Forgotten password? link.

Step 2: Request a Password Reset

Enter your Username. Remember, it’s not your email address. Find it in your welcome email.
Click the Reset Password button.

Step 3: Open the Password Reset Email

Check your email inbox for an email from the ASF with the subject line Reset your ASF Password
Open the email and click on the click here link to continue.

Step 4: Reset Your Password

After clicking the email link, you will be taken to a Reset Password screen.
Click the Reset Password button to begin.

Step 5: Choose a New Password

Enter a New Password that:
- Is at least 8 characters long
- Contains at least 1 letter
- Contains at least 1 number
Confirm the new password by entering it again.
Click Change Password to save.

FAQs

Q: Why didn’t I receive an email?

Some email providers will automatically filter our emails to your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there. The email can also take a few minutes to come through, however if you have still not received it after half an hour, please contact our Customer Support Team.

You will also not receive the email if you used the incorrect username. Don’t know your username? Recover your username
