If you want to change your username to something that you can remember, you can do this in the Fundraising Platform.
Step 1: Login to the Fundraising Platform
Login to the fundraising platform with your existing username and password.
Don’t know your username? Recover your username
Step 2: Access your Profile
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown.
Step 3: Change your Username
- Select a new Username
- Click Confirm
Important Reminders
- Your username must be unique
- Your username is case-sensitive.
- If you change your username, your old username will no longer work.
- We highly recommend you record and securely store your username whenever it is changed.
