How to Find or Reset Your Username
If you have forgotten your username or want to change it, there are two ways to find or reset it:
Option 1: Locate Your Username From Your Welcome Email
When you first signed up to the ASF Fundraising Platform, you received a "Welcome to the ASF Fundraising Platform" email.
- This email contains your username.
- Important: Your username is not your email address unless you manually updated it later.
Example:
If you cannot find your Welcome Email, continue to Option 2.
Option 2: Check or Update Your Username via Your Profile
- Log into the ASF Fundraising Platform.
- Navigate to "My Profile":
- Click on your name in the top right corner.
- Select My Profile from the dropdown.
- View or Edit Your Username:
- Your current username will be displayed.
- To update it, click Edit.
- Change Your Username:
- You can update your username to something easier to remember.
- Enter your new username and click Confirm.
Note: Your username is used for login purposes. Make sure to remember any changes you make!
Option 3: Username Recovery
If you still unable to locate your username, submit your email via our Forgot Username Form and if it is associated with an ASF account, we'll send it to you via email.
Important Reminders
- Your username is case-sensitive.
- If you change your username, your old username will no longer work.
- We highly recommend you record and securely store your Username whenever it is changed.
